We’re Ryan and Yeleny, and coffee is where our story began.

In 2021, our paths crossed at Ryan's first coffee shop, where his love for coffee started behind the bar. Yeleny grew up in a Salvadoran home where coffee meant slowing down, sharing stories, and being present. That shared love became the heart of Alma (Spanish for "soul"), reflecting the spirit and intention behind every cup we serve.

Rooted in faith and shaped by our Salvadoran + African American cultures, we're bringing our family traditions into a shared experience through coffee and food crafted with intention, design, community, and a commitment to sustainability.
